Cancelation Policy and Refunds

Fees will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received by email minus an administration fee as follows:

Cancelation until 10 April: Free cancelation

Cancelation from 11 April until 15 May: Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, minus bank charges

Cancelation after 16 May: No refunds will be made
